Thai Red Curry with chicken is a delicious curry that is made with a special Thai curry paste

that is cooked in coconut milk along with vegetables and meat. In this recipe, I will be showing you my version of this dish using a store-bought curry paste.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinade chicken with black pepper powder and oyster sauce for 10 minutes
  2. Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to a skillet on medium heat
  3. Add onions and ginger- garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes 
  4. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes 
  5. Add 4-6 tbsp of Thai red curry paste and stir
  6. Add in the vegetables and stir
  7. Pour in the coconut milk and stir until everything is well combined 
  8. Reduce the heat to simmer and cook with the lid on for 20-25mins until chicken and vegetables are fully cooked  
  9. Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy 🙂
