Chickpea Masala also known as Channa Masala is a mouthwatering Indian curry which is super delicious and packed with protein. This recipe is vegan and gluten free.

Instructions

  1. To a hot pan on medium heat add 1 tbsp oil
  2. Add garlic and onions and sauté until golden brown
  3. Add tomatoes and spices then sauté for 2 mins or until mushy
  4. Add water and stir together
  5. Add coconut cream and stir
  6. Add in washed chickpeas
  7. Cover with a lid for 12 mins on simmer
  8. Garnish with cilantro/ coriander leaves
  9. Enjoy 🙂
