Chicken Stir-Fry
Description
This chicken stir-fry is a must try recipe! It tastes better than store bought and made using fresh ingredients, what could be better than that?

Instructions
- Cube your chicken then add the seasonings
- Turn on your stove to medium -high heat and add 2 tbsp oil
- Once the oil is hot add 2 tbsp minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add in the red or white onions, spring onion whites, thai green chillies and saute for 3 mins
- Add in the bell peppers and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Add in the sauce mixture and cornstarch slurry, continuously stir until it thickens
- Add in a splash of water, stir, then add back in the chicken and turn down the stove to low heat
- Add in ½ cup spring onion greens and ½ cup coriander leaves (cilantro) and stir fry for 5 minutes
- Serve with white basmati rice or fried rice and enjoy 🙂
