Chicken Stir-Fry

Description

This chicken stir-fry is a must try recipe! It tastes better than store bought and made using fresh ingredients, what could be better than that?

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cube your chicken then add the seasonings 
  2. Turn on your stove to medium -high heat and add 2 tbsp oil
  3. Once the oil is hot add 2 tbsp minced garlic. Saute for 2 minutes. 
  4. Add in the red or white onions, spring onion whites, thai green chillies and saute for 3 mins 
  5. Add in the bell peppers and stir fry for 5 minutes 
  6. Add in the sauce mixture and cornstarch slurry, continuously stir until it thickens 
  7. Add in a splash of water, stir, then add back in the chicken and turn down the stove to low heat 
  8. Add in ½ cup spring onion greens and ½ cup coriander leaves (cilantro) and stir fry for 5 minutes 
  9. Serve with white basmati rice or fried rice and enjoy 🙂
