  1. Season your wings with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt and cornstarch 
  2. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs, hot sauce and garlic paste 
  3. Then dip each wing into the egg mixture and then coat it well with all- purpose flour and set aside 
  4. Heat some oil to 350’F and double fry the wings in batches. The first fry should take about 7-10 minutes until the wings are fully cooked. Then do a flash fry by slightly increasing the heat and fry for about 30 seconds until it’s nice and crispy.
