Sweet Red Chilli Salmon

Description

This is a must try salmon recipe. The crispy panko breadcrumbs and the sweet red chilli sauce overtop, is the perfect touch to elevate your salmon.

  1. Season your salmon filets with salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and paprika
  2. Add a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top side of the salmon and coat evenly
  3. Sprinkle on panko breadcrumbs and press it into the mayonnaise so it sticks
  4. Spray with olive oil spray 
  5. Bake in the oven or air-fry at 350’F for 12 minutes 
  6. To a hot pan add butter on low heat, once melted sweet red chili sauce and stir until it gets bubbly 
  7. Then add in the soy sauce, hot sauce, and honey and stir together and cook for 2-3 minutes 
  8. Add in the cooked salmon and carefully coat it with the sauce or pour the sauce onto the salmon in a serving dish 
  9. Garnish with spring onion greens and you’re done 🙂
