Sweet Red Chilli Salmon
Description
This is a must try salmon recipe. The crispy panko breadcrumbs and the sweet red chilli sauce overtop, is the perfect touch to elevate your salmon.

- Season your salmon filets with salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and paprika
- Add a thin layer of mayonnaise on the top side of the salmon and coat evenly
- Sprinkle on panko breadcrumbs and press it into the mayonnaise so it sticks
- Spray with olive oil spray
- Bake in the oven or air-fry at 350’F for 12 minutes
- To a hot pan add butter on low heat, once melted sweet red chili sauce and stir until it gets bubbly
- Then add in the soy sauce, hot sauce, and honey and stir together and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the cooked salmon and carefully coat it with the sauce or pour the sauce onto the salmon in a serving dish
- Garnish with spring onion greens and you’re done 🙂
