Chickpea (Channa) Masala
Description
Chickpea Masala also known as Channa Masala is a mouthwatering Indian curry which is super delicious and packed with protein. This recipe is vegan and gluten free.

Instructions
- To a hot pan on medium heat add 1 tbsp oil
- Add garlic and onions and sauté until golden brown
- Add tomatoes and spices then sauté for 2 mins or until mushy
- Add water and stir together
- Add coconut cream and stir
- Add in washed chickpeas
- Cover with a lid for 12 mins on simmer
- Garnish with cilantro/ coriander leaves
