that is cooked in coconut milk along with vegetables and meat. In this recipe, I will be showing you my version of this dish using a store-bought curry paste.

A chicken curry cooked in coconut milk
Ingredients
Instructions
- Marinade chicken with black pepper powder and oyster sauce for 10 minutes
- Add 2 tbsp of sesame oil to a skillet on medium heat
- Add onions and ginger- garlic paste and stir for 2-3 minutes
- Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes
- Add 4-6 tbsp of Thai red curry paste and stir
- Add in the vegetables and stir
- Pour in the coconut milk and stir until everything is well combined
- Reduce the heat to simmer and cook with the lid on for 20-25mins until chicken and vegetables are fully cooked
- Serve with jasmine rice and enjoy 🙂
